Job summary

Simosynergy Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR professional to support the full spectrum of HR functions and ensure smooth HR operations in Malaysia.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, compliance with statutory requirements, HR administration and employee relations, with a focus on maintaining accurate HR records and supporting audits and policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or a related field.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are required.
• Experience in full-spectrum HR including recruitment, payroll, employee relations and HR administration is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.

• Administer employee attendance, leave, overtime, claims, allowances, medical and insurance benefits.
• Coordinate training programmes, HRDC applications/claims and maintain training records.
• Support employee relations, welfare, engagement activities and internal communications.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, personal files and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR letters and correspondences, including confirmation, promotion, transfer, salary adjustment, disciplinary and resignation letters.
• Handle foreign worker documentation, work permit renewals, FOMEMA and related matters where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, Employee Handbook, ISO requirements and applicable labour laws.
• Support internal and external HR audits and assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies, procedures and SOPs.
• Perform other HR-related duties and projects assigned by Management.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or a related field.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are required as the position involves regular communication and coordination with Management and stakeholders from China.

Experience in full-spectrum HR, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations and HR administration, will be an advantage.

Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information professionally.

Able to start immediately or within a short notice period.
