Job summary

Danaher is hiring an HR Service Delivery Generalist II in Malaysia to resolve complex HR issues across the employee lifecycle. You will manage regional inquiry flow, identify demand patterns, and drive scalable improvements.

This role builds depth in assigned processes, supports Tier 1 staff, and may lead a service team as needed. Requirements include advanced HR operations expertise, strong analytics, and a Bachelor’s degree (4+ years in HR).

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex, nonstandard HR cases with policy, process, and system expertise.
• Support frontline inquiries during volume spikes or capacity gaps.
• Serve as SME for assigned HR services, processes, or programs.
• Lead process improvement, simplification, and standardization efforts including documentation.
• Coach Tier 1 staff on complex scenarios and best practices.
• Support service design and readiness to transition Tier 2 work to Tier 1 or self-service.
