Danaher is recruiting an HR Service Delivery Generalist I in Malaysia. You will independently handle HR inquiries across the employee lifecycle, interpret policies, and resolve cases end-to-end, supporting regional queues and process improvements. This role is part of Pall, a Danaher group company.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years HR experience or equivalent, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficiency in HR systems and knowledge management is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Independently resolve HR inquiries across the employee lifecycle.
• Interpret policies and determine resolution paths, escalating when needed.
• Own cases end-to-end, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent outcomes.
• Support regional inquiry queue performance through effective case management and prioritization.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and standardization.
• Contribute to knowledge management, documentation, and workflow improvements.
