Job summary

Hitachi Rail seeks a Senior HR Executive to support payroll coordination and HR operations across the employee lifecycle in Kuala Lumpur. You will liaise with external payroll vendors, manage onboarding, renewals, and offboarding, and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.

The role requires 2–5 years in HR operations, strong communication, and attention to detail. A diploma or degree in HR/related field is expected, with proficiency in Excel and HRIS preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of HR operations, payroll administration, or HR shared services experience.
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Experience coordinating payroll activities with external payroll vendors is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly payroll processing with external payroll vendors.
• Manage employee lifecycle administration including onboarding and offboarding.
• Support HR audits, reporting, and compliance tasks.
