Job summary

MR DIY International is seeking a proactive Senior Executive, Human Resource Operations to support the delivery of HR activities and processes. You will be the primary contact for employee HR enquiries and will execute core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

You will work closely with HR Business Partners, HR Project Managers and COEs to ensure timely, accurate HR support and to improve HR information and self-service content across portals and chatbots.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR Operations/Shared Services.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Excellent written communication and ability to translate policies into clear content.
• Service-oriented, with strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to employee HR enquiries via all HR channels.
• Execute core HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, employee movements and lifecycle activities.
• Create and maintain HR content for portals, chatbot and self-service resources.
