Job summary

Core Consulting and Innovation Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Human Resources Executive in Malaysia to support end-to-end recruitment and HR processes. You will help enhance the employee experience, implement HR improvements, and contribute to engagement initiatives across the organization.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 1–3 years of HR experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• 1-3 years of HR experience and recruitment knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Drive employer branding to attract talent.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Oversee employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, and terminations.
• Coordinate training programs and learning initiatives.
