Job summary

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Operations professional to oversee end-to-end People Services activities at the Kelana Jaya HQ. You will manage recruitment administration, contracts, data management, onboarding, payroll-related changes, and reports while ensuring SLA adherence.

The role requires strong HR operations knowledge, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to drive efficiency across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in People Operations.
• Based at Kelana Jaya HQ; able to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day People Services operations and HR processes.
• Ensure data inputs and SLA-compliant documentation.
• Develop SOPs and drive process improvements across units.
• Coordinate payroll changes and employee record updates.
