Job summary

MR DIY International is seeking an experienced Senior Assistant Manager, HR Business Partner to drive HR priorities with business leaders and COEs. You will shape HR processes, resolve bottlenecks, and support HR transformation across the organisation.

The role requires hands-on, structured HR expertise in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on employee relations, performance, and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5–8 years HR experience, preferably HRBP or generalist.
• Experience in fast-paced retail/FMCG or hospitality is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Malaysian labour practices and legislation.
