Job summary

Mindvalley Labs Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior HR Operations Executive to drive innovative, efficient people processes across our global organisation. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to optimize workflows, ensure compliance, and champion AI-driven automation to elevate the employee experience.

You’ll oversee the full employee lifecycle, manage HRIS data, audits, and HR technology projects, and provide timely, people-centric support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR operations with design and optimization experience.
• Advanced skills in HRIS, data management and HR reporting.
• Experience automating HR workflows or AI-powered solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Up-to-date knowledge of HR technology trends.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and policies.
• Manage and optimize HRIS data, reporting, and documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements using AI and automation.
• Act as a point of contact for senior stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and Legal.
• Manage relationships with external HR service providers (payroll, benefits, visas).
• Conduct regular audits to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead or support HR tech projects and change initiatives.
• Provide timely, people-centric support to team members at all levels.
