- Lead employee relations frameworks, compliance management, and industrial relations resolution.

about the requirements
- Tertiary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Extensive generalist human resources experience, including significant years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record handling human resource operations, employee relations, and statutory compliance within a multi-site operational environment.
- Deep knowledge of local employment legislation and industrial relations standards.
- Experience in driving process optimization, performance management, and workforce planning.
