Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 10 years of full-spectrum HR experience.
• Knowledge of Malaysia labour market, HR practices and employment laws.
• IT/Tech recruitment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Bridge management and employee relations; address demands and grievances.
• Manage recruitment and selection processes.
• Support business needs through development and engagement of human capital.
• Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.

• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
