• Handle postings, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding follow-ups.
• Track recruitment progress and improve hiring speed and quality.
• Build candidate pipelines for frontline roles.
• Advise on headcount, staffing costs and retention.
• Provide structured onboarding with orientation and role clarity.
• Coordinate training for outlet and frontline teams.
• Identify skills gaps and develop training plans for current employees.
• Support probation reviews and performance discussions.
• Develop a talent pipeline for future supervisors and managers.
• Oversee attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions and payroll checks.
• Ensure payslips are accurate and inquiries are handled.
• Investigate pay discrepancies and follow up.
• Establish monthly submission deadlines and processes for outlets/departments.
• Maintain HR records, contracts, leave records and HR system data.
• Work with Finance to ensure payroll and statutory submissions are accurate and timely.
• Serve as HR advisor to department heads and frontline staff.
