Job summary

Upright Talent in Malaysia is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to hiring, and partner with hiring managers to identify manpower needs across the business.

You will source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn and other channels, conduct interviews, coordinate decisions, build a strong talent pool, and handle onboarding, payroll support, and HR records with a focus on compliance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Solid HR experience with a focus on internal recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies independently.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring.
• Work with hiring managers to identify manpower needs.
• Source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring decisions.
• Build a strong talent pool for current and future vacancies.
• Handle onboarding, employment letters and employee records.
• Assist with monthly payroll and statutory contributions.
• Coordinate staff training and performance appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and HR policies.
• Support HR projects and process improvements.
