Job summary

Transmedic Group in Malaysia is seeking an HR Executive to handle monthly payroll processing for local staff and support HR operations, administration, recruitment and training activities.

You will maintain employee records, assist onboarding/offboarding, prepare HR letters, and coordinate with the HR Manager on recruitment and HRDF grant submissions while ensuring confidentiality of information.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Administrative or similar.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge in Info-tech HR software is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll for Malaysia employees accurately and within the required timeline, including preparation of payroll reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory contributions and related matters.
• Handle yearly payroll-related submissions to LHDN and prepare EA Forms to employees accurately and within the required timeline.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR systems and personnel files.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare HR-related letters and documents.
• Attend to general HR and payroll enquiries from employees and provide the necessary support or elevate when required.
• Support the HR Manager in recruitment activities, including job posting, interview coordination and maintaining recruitment records.
• Support training arrangements, including coordination with employees, and preparation and submission of HRDF grant applications and claims.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.
• Perform any other HR-related or ad hoc duties as assigned by the HR Manager/ Management.
