Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an HR administrative professional to manage recruitment, payroll, and employee records. The role covers onboarding, attendance, and statutory compliance with Malaysian laws.

You will handle HR documents, employee inquiries, grievances, and performance processes while coordinating training and maintaining confidential HR records for management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records and personal files.
• Manage attendance, leave, medical leave, and overtime records.
• Process monthly payroll including salary, overtime, allowances, deductions, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, promotion letters, and resignation/termination documents.
• Ensure HR policies comply with Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
• Handle employee enquiries, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
• Manage probation, confirmation, performance appraisal, and employee evaluation processes.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Maintain confidential HR records and prepare HR reports for management.
• Liaise with government agencies on HR and statutory matters.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.
