Job summary

Cantal United Pte Ltd is seeking a Human Resource Executive to support HR operations across administration, payroll, compliance, performance management, and employee relations in Malaysia.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, maintain accurate records, oversee HRMS, and ensure compliance with local laws including statutory submissions. The role also involves updating policies and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations including administration, payroll, compliance, performance management, and employee relations.
• Execute HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR policies; update handbook and SOPs.
• Oversee HRMS data tracking and operations.
• Process statutory submissions and liaise with government bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and company events.
