Job summary

The position also covers HR data governance, reporting, and coordination with overseas staff to ensure consistent HR practices and timely statutory submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll administration, or generalist HR functions.
• Solid knowledge of Malaysian labor law and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp, etc.).
• Experience handling multi-country HR operations or expatriate payroll is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in HRMS / payroll systems and Microsoft Excel for data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll administration for local and international employees.
• Administer attendance, leave management, and time-off records.
• Administer employee benefits programs and welfare initiatives.
• Support employee relations, engagement, and training efforts.
• Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
• Maintain HRMS data integrity and generate HR analytics.
• Coordinate international HR governance and cross-border payroll needs.
