Job summary

The GMP Group in Malaysia is seeking a Senior HR Executive to support the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies and running operations across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and staff administration.

You will manage attendance, leave, insurance, staff claims, performance, probation, exits, HR reporting, and ensure compliance while serving as the main contact for employees and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a multi-department company.
• Experience with HRIS/HR software (Infotech, SAP, or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, HR policies, payroll, staff claims, insurance, probation, and exit processes.
