Job summary

KMWE Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior HR Executive to support Talent Development & Engagement. You will drive training and development aligned with business needs, conduct Learning Needs Analysis with managers, and coordinate learning plans, training, and OJT programs.

You will manage training records and drive employee engagement initiatives, analyze feedback and retention trends, and partner with managers to strengthen continuous learning and people development across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of HR experience with exposure to Training & Development, Talent Development or Employee Engagement.
• Hands-on experience in LNA, training coordination and training effectiveness evaluation.
• Strong interest in people development, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Senior HR Executive – Talent Development & Engagement

Are you passionate about developing people and creating a workplace where employees can learn, grow and stay engaged?

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to support our Training & Development function while contributing to HR projects focused on talent development, employee engagement and retention.

Your Role in Our Team

Drive and coordinate training and development initiatives aligned with business needs and organizational priorities.

Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and work with managers to identify skills and competency gaps.

Develop and coordinate learning plans, internal/external training, OJT programs and training effectiveness evaluation.

Manage training records, reports and relevant documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Drive and support talent development and employee engagement initiatives across the organization.

Contribute to HR projects focusing on employee retention, talent development and employee experience.

Analyse employee feedback, engagement and retention trends and recommend improvement initiatives.

Partner with managers and employees to strengthen continuous learning, employee engagement and people development.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.

4-6 years of relevant HR experience, with good exposure to Training & Development, Talent Development or Employee Engagement.

Hands-on experience in LNA, training coordination and training effectiveness evaluation.

Strong interest and experience in people development, engagement and retention initiatives.

Good analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proactive, resourceful and able to independently drive HR initiatives and follow through on actions.

Comfortable working with managers across different functions and levels.

Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
