Job summary

KMWE Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior HR Executive to support Talent Development & Engagement. You will drive training and development aligned with business needs, conduct Learning Needs Analysis with managers, and coordinate learning plans, training, and OJT programs.

You will manage training records and drive employee engagement initiatives, analyze feedback and retention trends, and partner with managers to strengthen continuous learning and people development across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of HR experience with exposure to Training & Development, Talent Development or Employee Engagement.
• Hands-on experience in LNA, training coordination and training effectiveness evaluation.
• Strong interest in people development, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate training and development initiatives aligned with business needs and priorities.
• Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and identify skills gaps with managers.
• Develop and coordinate learning plans, internal/external training, and on‑the‑job programs.
• Manage training records, reports and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Drive talent development and employee engagement initiatives across the organization.
• Analyze feedback and retention trends and recommend improvements.
