Modu Sdn.Bhd. is seeking a Senior HR Executive with strong recruitment expertise focused on the Malaysian market. The role requires handling full-cycle recruitment across departments, collaborating with hiring managers, and posting job ads on major Malaysian platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn and Indeed.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive with strong recruitment experience, particularly in Malaysia markets. The ideal candidate will be skilled in full-cycle recruitment across various roles and be familiar with different hiring platforms commonly used in Malaysia. Beyond recruitment, this role will also support HR functions including onboarding, compliance, employee engagement, and performance management.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments, with a strong focus on hiring in Malaysia.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and role requirements.
Draft and post job ads on platforms relevant to Malaysia markets (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
Coordinate interviews and facilitate selection processes.
Support onboarding, HR policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws.
Assist in performance review cycles and employee engagement programs.
Provide support in payroll and benefits administration when needed.
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
3-4 years of HR/recruitment experience is preferred, especially in Malaysia hiring.
Fresh graduates with strong interest in recruitment may also apply.
Familiarity with various recruitment platforms in Malaysia is a strong advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Must have a reliable laptop/desktop and a stable, fast internet connection.
Successfully source and hire qualified candidates in Malaysia markets.
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates and talent pools.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports.
Ensure smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Support HR team initiatives across compliance, engagement, and performance.
