SQC Management (Penang) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior HR Executive (HR Generalist) in Kuala Lumpur to lead recruitment and take on broader HR responsibilities as the business grows.

The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, onboarding, culture initiatives, and HR operations. A track record in white-collar hiring and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience with a proven recruitment track record.
• Experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with white-collar hiring.
• Ability to multitask and manage different HR priorities.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on manpower requirements.
• Drive culture-building and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle HR operations such as benefits, documentation and process improvements.
• Support performance reviews and KPI tracking across departments.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.

• Proactive and resourceful
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
