Job summary

Flex is looking for an HRBP Senior Manager based in Batu Kawan, Penang. The role partners with business segments to deploy strategic planning objectives and build a dynamic organization that drives growth.

You will advise on talent management, performance, succession planning, and change management while coordinating with local HR teams to deliver integrated people solutions and a strong HR strategy.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically requires a minimum of 5–7 years of related experience.
• Self-starter who demonstrates accountability for results.
• Sound knowledge of Organization Development, Change Management and HR practices.
• Excellent business acumen and demonstrated competency in business partnership.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with senior management.
