Job summary

Axiom is seeking a HRBP Senior Manager based in Bukit Minyak, Penang, to partner with a GM and drive talent management, workforce planning and HR strategy across the business segment. The role supports Axiom as part of the planned spin-off from Flex, delivering integrated people and organization solutions.

You will coach leaders on performance, retention, and succession planning, while leading HR initiatives in collaboration with COEs and HR Service Center, ensuring consistent policy application

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Typically requires 10+ years of HR or related experience in business.
• Experience in HR, consulting, project management and change management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult and assist business on strategic HR matters, including organizational design and restructuring.
• Plan, implement and facilitate HR initiatives such as workforce planning, performance reviews and compensation planning.
• Develop and deliver an HR strategy to meet business needs and drive employee communications.
