Job summary

Flex Ltd in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support business units and leadership with talent strategies, workforce planning, and change initiatives. You will collaborate across regional teams, manage programs, metrics, and compliance while coaching leaders on development and engagement.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years HR experience, strong business partnering skills, and the ability to work across cultures in a dynamic matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience across major functions.
• Self-starter with accountability for results.
• Strong knowledge of Talent Development, Organization Development, Change Management.
• Excellent business acumen and partnership with leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to collaborate globally in a matrix environment.
• Experience with policy compliance and labor legislation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Programs management of Asia – coordinate project leaders and timelines for initiatives like leadership development and culture programs.
• Produce regional HR metrics and support leaders with reports and PPTs.
• Communicate with corporate, finance and other functions.
• Monitor labor legislation and implement required changes for compliance.
• Advise and coach on talent management, workforce planning, succession, and change management.
• Partner with local HR teams and Centers of Expertise to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Identify issues and opportunities to close performance gaps and drive strategic goals.
