Job summary

Flextronics Technology (Penang) Sdn Bhd in Batu Kawan, Penang, is seeking an HRBP Director to partner with senior leaders on strategic HR initiatives. The role focuses on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning to drive business performance.

You’ll advise on M&A implications, deploy HR programs, and coach managers on new systems and processes while aligning human capital with strategic objectives. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is required or equivalent.
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred for strategic HR leadership roles.
• Extensive experience in senior HR leadership and business partner roles.

Responsibilities

• Consult and support business leaders on strategic HR matters including organizational design and restructuring.
• Lead talent management, succession planning and career development initiatives.
• Develop and deliver HR strategy aligned with business goals.
• Plan and facilitate workforce planning, rewards, and HR programs.
• Coach managers on new programs, systems, and processes.
• Drive lean initiatives and optimize people-related processes to boost engagement and performance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

Master’s degree or MBA preferred
