Flex is seeking a HRBP Assistant Manager in Perai/Batu Kawan, Penang. You will implement HR programs, support business leaders on employee relations, workforce planning and policies, and mentor managers on change management.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field and about 7 years of HR experience. Strong communication across all levels is essential, with a focus on engagement and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist on policies, compliance, and employee relations issues.
• Support onboarding, orientation, merit, and exits processes.
