Job summary

Flex is looking for an HRBP in Perai/Batu Kawan, Penang to implement HR programs and support business clients on people issues. You will partner with site management on talent needs, workforce planning, and employee engagement while guiding managers through policy interpretation and change management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 1–3 years of HR experience, with strong communication and data privacy skills.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Resource or related field.
• Typically requires 1-3 years of Human Resources or related experience.
• Demonstrates ability to protect and maintain data privacy.
• Good communication skills and excellent relational skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributes with managers on HR strategies and actions such as talent needs and development.
• Advise site management regarding talent matters to drive outcomes for business goals.
• Provide feedback and mentor managers on HR processes and policies.
• Participates as an agile member on site and corporate projects.
