Job summary

Growth Well Industry Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia invites a meticulous Senior HR Assistant to support daily HR operations. You will assist in recruitment, payroll, employee records, attendance, and HR documentation to ensure smooth processes.

You will handle onboarding, contract administration, compliance with Malaysian labour laws, and HR reporting while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Collaboration with supervisors and departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience.
• Experience in recruitment, payroll, attendance, and leave administration.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory contributions.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR/payroll systems is an advantage.
• Good communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job adverts, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support monthly payroll preparation and attendance verification.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documents with confidentiality.
• Handle HR enquiries and assist with compliance and audits (EPF, SOCSO, PCB).
• Assist in HR reports and system/process improvements; coordinate with other departments.
