WCT Malls Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Executive / Executive - HR & Admin to support Group Malls HR functions, including employee relations, talent management, performance management and HR operations.

The role collaborates with management to address HR-related issues while ensuring policy compliance. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least 3 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in retail or property sectors, with strong

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the retail or property industry.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support HR department in employee relations, talent management, performance management and HR operations.
• Provide guidance, support and solutions to HR-related issues while ensuring compliance with policies and labour laws.
• Assist in recruitment and selection, participate in interviews, review resumes and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity, including employment history and performance evaluations.
• Stay up to date with labor laws, regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance.
