Mission Consultancy Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Executive Business Development to drive growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships in a dynamic market.

You will identify opportunities, execute sales strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, with a focus on financial services, oil & gas, manufacturing, and professional services sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in business development, sales, or account management.
• Proven track record in staffing-services sales and BD.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new clients in target industries (financial services, oil & gas, manufacturing, professional services).
• Conduct market research, prospecting, and networking to generate qualified leads.
• Meet sales and revenue targets by client and industry; manage pipeline and forecasts.
