Job summary

EY Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive market growth and revenue generation across priority client segments within EY's Core Business Services. You will build relationships with senior stakeholders and translate opportunities into long-term client wins, collaborating with Partners and engagement teams.

This role requires a proven track record in consultative B2B sales, pipeline development and opportunity management, with strong presentation and negotiation

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in business development, sales, account management or client relationship management.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of consultative sales and relationship-based business development.
• A recognised university degree or equivalent professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth across EY service offerings.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive market engagement.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to support achievement of sales targets.
• Lead initial client discussions and facilitate opportunity conversion through the sales lifecycle.
