Randstad Malaysia is seeking a senior Business Analyst to drive payroll harmonisation across multiple countries. The role involves eliciting and documenting payroll requirements, facilitating workshops with payroll SMEs and vendors, and maintaining traceability in Jira.

• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder interviews.

• Test-case development or collaboration with testing teams.

Responsabilités

• Participate in workshops with payroll SMEs, project stakeholders and Ramco implementation team.
• Translate complex payroll processes into clear documentation, process maps and requirements.
• Maintain requirements, actions, decisions, issues and related delivery documentation in Jira.
• Develop or contribute to test cases and support traceability between requirements and testing outcomes.
• Provide clear status updates, identify risks and blockers early, and support timely escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate across country teams and stakeholders to support consistent delivery of payroll harmonisation activities.
• Monitor changes affecting the project and act as a point of contact for internal communication relating to change-management activities.
• Apply learnings and reusable processes from Wave 1 to accelerate Wave 2 delivery.
