Job summary

CXC Global Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a regional payroll transformation programme across APAC. You will work with payroll SMEs, stakeholders, and technology vendors to gather requirements, map processes, and support delivery across Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise transformation, deep payroll process knowledge in two or more markets, and strong elicitation,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience within enterprise transformation or technology delivery projects.
• Payroll domain knowledge across APAC markets such as Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand.
• Experience with payroll SMEs, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and process mapping sessions.
• Exposure to testing activities including test case creation and UAT support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Nice to have: experience supporting multi-country payroll implementations or payroll transformation programs; knowledge of platforms such as Ramco, Workday, PAYCE, or similar payroll/HR systems.

Senior Business Analyst (Payroll Transformation)

Join a regional payroll transformation programme supporting multiple countries across APAC. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with payroll SMEs, stakeholders, and technology vendors to gather requirements, improve processes, and support the successful delivery of payroll initiatives across Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.

This role is ideal for an experienced Business Analyst with strong payroll project experience who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys working on large-scale transformation initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

7+ years of Business Analysis experience within enterprise transformation or technology delivery projects.

Strong understanding of payroll processes in at least two of the following markets: Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand

Experience working with payroll SMEs, vendors, and cross-functional business stakeholders.

Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills.

Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions.

Exposure to testing activities, including test case creation, UAT support, or requirements traceability.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment with multiple priorities.

Nice to Have:

Experience supporting multi-country payroll implementation or payroll transformation programs.

Knowledge of platforms such as Ramco, Workday, PAYCE, or similar payroll/HR systems.

Experience working across Southeast Asian payroll environments.

Strong Jira experience or familiarity with similar Agile project management tools.

Experience supporting phased or multi-wave technology implementations.

Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and presentation skills.
