CXC Global Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a regional payroll transformation programme across APAC. You will work with payroll SMEs, stakeholders, and technology vendors to gather requirements, map processes, and support delivery across Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise transformation, deep payroll process knowledge in two or more markets, and strong elicitation,

Formación

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience within enterprise transformation or technology delivery projects.
• Payroll domain knowledge across APAC markets such as Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand.
• Experience with payroll SMEs, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and process mapping sessions.
• Exposure to testing activities including test case creation and UAT support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Nice to have: experience supporting multi-country payroll implementations or payroll transformation programs; knowledge of platforms such as Ramco, Workday, PAYCE, or similar payroll/HR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements from payroll SMEs, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Map and improve payroll processes across APAC markets.
• Support delivery of payroll initiatives across Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews; perform process mapping sessions.
• Create test cases and provide UAT support and requirements traceability.
• Collaborate with payroll SMEs, vendors, and cross-functional business teams.
