Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years HR generalist and payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor monthly payroll activities.
• Ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate inputs with teams and stakeholders for payroll.
• Review payroll reports and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Global Payroll or external vendors for international assignees.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and benefits information.
• Handle statutory filings and audits.
• Provide ad hoc financial and operational reporting.
• Support special projects as required.
