AstraZeneca Malaysia is seeking a payroll operations professional within the HR Services function to manage payroll processing for a large population, including local and international assignees, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery through our payroll systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of HR generalist and payroll experience, with solid knowledge of insurance and taxation schemes. It is a six-month maternity leave cover; ANZ payroll experience is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Minimum 5–8 years HR generalist and payroll experience.
• Excellent understanding of insurance and taxation schemes.
• Experience in Australia and New Zealand payroll is an added advantage.
• Open to a 6‑month contract position covering maternity leave.
