Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage monthly payroll processing for Malaysia operations, ensuring on-time salary payments, statutory deductions and accurate payroll records in line with local regulations.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance and external partners, uphold data privacy and financial controls, participate in global payroll initiatives, and provide timely responses to employee inquiries while meeting SLA requirements.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, HR, Accounting or Business preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of work experience in Payroll Operations.
• Knowledge of WD/SAP HR/Payroll system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll (salary payments, statutory payments).
• Validate payroll against statutory directives and company guidelines.
• Liaise with HR, Finance, and external stakeholders; resolve complex cases.
• Participate in local/regional/global payroll projects and continuous improvement.
• Ensure data privacy and financial controls are properly executed; meet SLA requirements.
