impact.com in Malaysia is seeking a Global Payroll Specialist based in Malaysia to ensure accurate, on-time payroll across APAC countries. You’ll collaborate with international Finance, HR, and Ops teams, supporting Malaysia, Singapore, China and Australia, with opportunities to grow across more regions as we expand.

The role requires 3+ years of payroll experience, high integrity, and proficiency with payroll software and Excel/Sheets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience, ideally with exposure to APAC across multiple countries.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism handling confidential payroll data.
• Proactive, proactive attitude with ability to improve payroll processes.
• Experience with payroll software and Excel/Sheets for reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day end-to-end payroll across APAC countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify and resolve payroll issues through to resolution; improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain payroll records, documentation, and compliance with local requirements.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to reflect payroll data across systems like Workday.
