Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Group IT Incident & Risk Lead to own the end-to-end incident and problem management lifecycle across a global shared services environment, driving governance and executive visibility, and ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.

You will lead Post-Incident Reviews, risk workshops and ITSM tooling, deliver committee-level risk reporting to senior leadership, and apply ITIL practices with ISO 31000/ COBIT frameworks to strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in IT operations, service management or technology risk.
• 3+ years owning Incident Management or Problem Management at group or enterprise level.
• Experience consolidating and publishing incident, problem and IT risk reporting for senior leadership.
• Experience owning and maintaining an IT risk register in line with a group risk framework and risk appetite.
• Experience facilitating risk workshops with technology and business stakeholders.
• Experience chairing Post-Incident Reviews and driving actions through to closure.
