Two95 International Inc. seeks a Senior Internal Controller to lead the deployment and continuous improvement of the Group Internal Control Framework across regions and shared services. You will partner with Finance and operations to ensure governance, risk mitigation, and standardized control application.

The role covers SoD reviews, ICSA execution, and process optimization with involvement across regional teams and external environments. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting.
• Minimum 6 years of internal control or related work experience.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of financial processes, risk management, and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to analyse complex processes and recommend practical solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end execution of the ICSA programme for designated entities.
• Coordinate and support the annual Internal Control Self-Assessment process.
• Ensure timely completion and quality of responses with adequate supporting evidence.
• Review ICSA results, identify control gaps, and support remediation actions.
• Provide guidance to reinforce internal control awareness and compliance culture.
