Job summary

Swift is seeking a Senior Business Risk Partner for Core Functions to strengthen enterprise and operational risk oversight. The role focuses on advising senior stakeholders, embedding risk discipline, and driving improvements across risk governance and controls.

You will partner with diverse functions, translate complex risk into actionable insights, and help ensure resilience and regulatory alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent English required.
• Experience in financial services or fintech environment.
• Strong analytical and governance capabilities.
• Ability to translate risk into executive insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with core functions and act as trusted advisor.
• Build relationships with Senior Management and risk practitioners.
• Embed Risk Team into Swift and promote risk mindset.
• Provide second-line challenge on risk assessments.
• Support improvement of ERM framework and tools.
• Promote risk culture via training and guidance.
• Translate risk results for executives and board.
• Track major projects to assess impact on risk and resilience.
