Job summary

S-RM is seeking a seasoned Incident Response Technical Lead to guide senior delivery across incident response services. You will manage end-to-end response cases, delivering expert containment, forensics, and recovery guidance to clients while coordinating with a global cyber team.

You will lead investigations across Windows, Linux and Mac environments, with opportunities to expand into testing and advisory projects. A flexible hybrid model is available from our Kuala Lumpur office.

Qualifications

• Experience in Incident Response or Digital Forensics preferred.
• Ability to guide junior colleagues and coordinate non-technical workstreams.
• Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response engagements across the full lifecycle.
• Oversee host- and network-based investigations including triage, recovery and forensics.
• Provide containment and recovery advice to clients during incidents.
