Job summary

Airswift invites applications for a Director, Information Technology to lead regional IT strategy and governance for APAC. You will shape a multi-year technology roadmap, partner with executive stakeholders, and ensure investments and platforms support growth and digital transformation.

The role requires deep experience in manufacturing/operations IT, ERP programs, and change leadership, with up to 25% travel across the region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership across information technology and business functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience developing and governing enterprise technology strategies within complex global organizations.
• Strong track record leading ERP, enterprise platforms, and digital transformation programs.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP platforms is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and data‑driven transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the regional technology vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with business priorities and enterprise digital objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, translating strategic goals into scalable technology solutions.
• Establish clear technology governance, investment principles, and performance measures to support decision-making and value realization.
• Lead technology investment planning and prioritization, ensuring alignment between business outcomes and resources.
• Partner with regional leadership teams to embed technology capabilities into core business operations and growth initiatives.
• Provide end-to-end accountability for technology outcomes across the region, coordinating delivery through cross‑functional IT teams.
• Ensure technology solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Drive digital transformation and process optimization initiatives to modernize platforms and enable innovation.
• Champion organizational change and adoption of new technologies across a matrixed global environment.
