Swift is seeking a Senior Business Risk Partner for Core Functions to lead independent risk oversight across enterprise and operational risk. You will advise senior stakeholders, collaborate with HR, Legal, Internal Audit and Finance, and help strengthen the risk culture and governance framework.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, cross-functional collaboration and fluent English, with a focus on delivering credible risk challenges and value through governance alignment.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience including enterprise risk management.
• Experience partnering with corporate and control functions, including HR, Legal, Internal Audit and Finance.
• Experience in financial services, fintech or other regulated environments.
• Fluent English.
• Strong analytical capability and stakeholder engagement skills.

Aufgaben

• Partner with core functions and act as a trusted second-line adviser.
• Build relationships with senior management, business owners and risk practitioners.
• Embed ERM framework, policies, processes and tools.
• Provide robust second-line challenge on complex risk assessments and self-assessments.
• Translate risk results into actionable insights for executives and governance bodies.
• Track and support major projects, assessing impact on risk, controls and resilience.
