Job summary

Prosperity Reach Supply Chain Management Sdn Bhd is expanding its Penang commercial team and seeking a hunter-minded sales professional to win new freight forwarding business across the Northern Region. You will own your portfolio from day one, selling ocean, air, and cross-border logistics while serving as the customer’s single point of contact inside the branch.

You will be supported by a seasoned operations and customer service team, a robust carrier network, and a China-oriented group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of freight forwarding or logistics sales experience
• Fluent Mandarin and strong English communication
• Willingness to travel within Penang & Northern Region

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and close new accounts in Penang and the Northern Region
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with prospecting, site visits and presentations
• Lead or support tender submissions and rate requests with clear proposals
• Represent the company at industry events and build a referral network
• Manage an assigned customer portfolio and grow gross profit
