You will handle quotations, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless shipments while building a strong sales pipeline for continuous growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales or business development experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Strong business development mindset with the ability to identify and secure new customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within freight forwarding and logistics.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive long-term growth.
• Promote logistics solutions including air/sea freight, land transport, warehousing, and customs clearance.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and customised logistics solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Customer Service for smooth shipments.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and achieve targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Attend meetings, events, and exhibitions to expand opportunities.
