Job summary

FM Global Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive new business across our air freight, ocean freight, freight forwarding, warehousing and logistics services in Malaysia. You will identify prospects, conduct visits, and tailor logistics solutions to win new accounts.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in sales or business development in freight/logistics, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel for customer visits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience in freight/logistics.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently.
• Own transport and willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
• Conduct sales calls, customer visits and networking activities to generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tailored logistics solutions.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed accounts.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably within freight forwarding, logistics, transportation or supply chain.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and logistics are encouraged to apply.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently.
