Job summary

You will negotiate terms, prepare quotations, and coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure smooth shipments.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales or business development experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Strong business development mindset to identify and secure new customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within freight forwarding and logistics.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive growth.
• Promote the company's logistics solutions including air freight, sea freight, land transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and value-added services.
• Prepare quotations and customised logistics solutions to meet client needs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure smooth shipments and excellent customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Attend customer meetings and industry events to expand opportunities.
• Record sales activities and customer interactions accurately in the system.
