Agensi Pekerjaan The Supreme HR Advisory Sdn Bhd client is seeking a Business Development Executive (Freight Forwarding | Junior | Senior) to join its expanding sales team. The role focuses on growing the client base in Malaysia through proactive outreach and relationship management.

The position involves field sales activities, quotation preparation, and collaboration with the Finance team on payments, with ongoing career growth and attractive salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales or marketing experience, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Logistics are welcome to apply.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers to expand the client base.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Conduct field sales activities and plan daily sales calls.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on business opportunities.
• Submit weekly sales reports and update sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the Finance team on payment collection and provide after-sales support.
